Amazing bakery! Everything was fresh and delicious. The guava and queso empanadas were absolutely incredible—perfectly baked, flavorful, and one of the best I’ve had. The staff was friendly, and the service was great. I’ll definitely be coming back for more. Highly recommend this bakery to anyone looking for authentic and tasty pastries!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The customer service at Vicky Bakery was absolutely unmatched! I placed a very large online order and thought I may have made a mistake, so I called the bakery. The manager answered right away and kindly let me know that if I needed any help with my order, he would be more than happy to assist. I ended up keeping the order as is, but his willingness to help immediately left a great impression. When I arrived to pick up my order a few days later, I was informed that one of the items I had ordered in a large quantity had unfortunately sold out. The young lady helping me was incredibly accommodating and told me I could choose other items to replace it at no additional charge. When I asked if a refund was possible, she explained it wasn’t possible due to the manager, not being there at that time, but she went above and beyond to make sure I left happy. I selected a variety of other items, and the entire process was handled with such kindness and professionalism. The level of care, attention, and customer service I received was truly exceptional. In fact, I felt compelled to call and speak with the manager personally just to let him know how wonderful my experience had been. I

Slowest service ever! It’s every time. The ladies just standing around talking. They’ve been around so long you’d think they have it together but I’ve been in line 20 minutes just to order an iced coffee and there’s only 1 person in front of me the other one ordering. And not only are they SLOW they are so overpriced. since when did a croqueta preparada become $15?!

This Vicky backers is under new ownership the service is Beyond horrible!!!!! People were waiting more than 55 minutes for their orders. They only had two employees.. I waited more than 40 min. prior to the new ownership, I have been coming here for years.. I will not return to this establishment again.. The employees were very nice and were trying to do the best they could. The issue was not the employees It is the management fault for not having adequate employees.. This is the fifth time and the same this happen ed all 5 times. If you do not have an hour to spare to get coffee and a pastry, I would not come to this bakery..

So i went to the vicky bakery of 5500 W 16th Ave in Hialeah and the food was not great as i thought it would be. I love going there for the pastries and croquetas but i was so disappointed. I ordered a ham, egg and cheese croissant and a croqueta preparada. Both the sandwiches were cold inside, and a colada and that was cold too. I paid about 26 dollars for that. The croqueta preparada was $12 dollars mind you so i expected a decent sandwich just for it to be dry and small. Im really disappointed with todays food. The service was some what fast but i expected them to make the food with love. I wont be going there again
